Villa Esmeralda is a multifamily residential apartment complex located in Historic Downtown Kissimmee. The Downtown area is upbeat filled with captivating local restaurants, shops, and other businesses. Trains are available for public transport downtown for the convenience of both residents and tourists. Marinas, bait shops, and bass guides are located along Lake Tohopekaliga (Toho). At the north end of the lake, residents enjoy visiting Brinson Park for its waterfront views, wildlife, and access to the pier for fishing. Kissimmee Lakefront Park is another great outdoorsy spot with walking paths, fishing pier, picnic pavilions, shaded playgrounds, and restaurant overlooking the park.
